bascally there are 30 guys you have to take down in any possible way. When you enter the cop computer there will be a most wanted list of peeps you have to kill. Once you take down 10 that fill the list, another 10 should fill the list. You then have to take down these 10 and then the next 10 that appear next on it to get the achievement...NICE |
