You need to go to where the sniper spawns on a ranked match. You need to shoot a shot then do a bad reload. Right as you start the bad reload start rolling backwards, into the rocks behind you. Keep rolling backwards into the wall until its done reloading. It should take 3 shots till you have to reload again, and you should only use one bullet.
